Warranty and Repairs
Warranty: All Deen Diamonds jewellery comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
Repairs: For repairs outside the warranty or for issues not covered by the warranty, please contact us for a quote and further assistance.
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Replacement: We will arrange a replacement or refund if the item is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
Full Refund: Full refunds include the cost of the item(s) and any applicable taxes. Bahraini customers will also receive a refund for any shipping fees. International shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

Step 4: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days.
