We are pleased to offer a half refund for deendiamonds.com and Deen Diamonds purchases returned within 30 days of their purchase date. not sale.

All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. Gift recipients may receive a merchandise credit.

Please note: Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt or packing slip and received unaltered, unworn and in sellable condition. Some
exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Personalised and custom designs, as well as items from the High Jewelry and. Signature collections, are final sale. Due to the donations we make to our charitable partners, our charity rubber bracelets are also final sale.

Refund and exchange process

  • Final Sale Item: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • International Return: For global customers, please note that customs duties, taxes, and additional fees may apply and are non-refundable.
  • Gift Return: If the item was received as a gift, you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value.

If your order was placed through Instagram or Facebook, please go to the respective app to request a return. These orders can also be returned through our Returns site.

Should you request an exchange or need repair service for an online order, we can accommodate shipping to and from the country where we delivered your order. If you need service from an international location, Customer Care will work with you to find a solution. Shipping charges and applicable duties and taxes will be your responsibility.

Product care and repairs: 

To maintain clean and maintain your Deen designs, please refer to our care instructions for precious metals and gemstones. As a general rule of thumb, we recommend that you visit our instagram for infomercials anytime. 

Repair: 

You have the option to mail your item directly to our service center. To begin, download and print the (Repair Request Form)

Upon receipt, our jewellers will evaluate the item. The evaluation may take up to two weeks, after which we will contact you to discuss any service fees. We take into consideration “time owned” as well as “condition received” when evaluating a piece.
